Such a great service! So timely, efficient and kind.
Amir was absolutely amazing. He was very punctual and even waited as I was walking my dogs and ran a little late. On top of that he was not at all fazed by my 2 large dogs and 2 foster puppies(hence my need for a deep couch clean). He was so professional and efficient and my apartment has never felt more clean. I foster animals often which leads to lots of puppy accidents and until Amir, no amount of mopping or laundry could get my apartment to smell fresh. He was thorough and as an amazing plus, he is an absolutely lovely person. Friendly and very enjoyable to have while he worked. I will be requesting Amir by name and not hesitate to have him back after the next batch of foster puppies and their accidents. THANK YOU AMIR!!

I had Dan helped me few days ago. He is not only friendly and thoughtful in terms of personality, but also he has done a great job for cleaning up my carpet. My dog peed on my queen size mattress. I looked for companies that provide mattress cleaning service. I chose CouchCleaning.NYC among others because they were really reasonable in pricing. They came on time, worked hard on my mattress with their heavy duty upholstery cleaning machine. Now my mattress does not smell pet urine, looks much lighter and cleaner. I would definitely use them one more time.

Dan and team were fantastic! They arrived promptly at 10 am (my window was between 10-12) and were super efficient – they were also very courteous and professional. One of the rooms needed some extra TLC and after Dan was done, the carpet looked essentially brand new. He even offered to do one of my rugs for free. My dog peed on my queen size mattress. We were trying to clean it on our own but we could not remove an odor. We ended up looking for a professional mattress cleaning service. We found CouchCleaning.NYC. They gave us a reasonable price. We decided to use their mattress cleaning service. They have a really professional approach in mattress cleaning. They have a thorough multiple stage procedure that helped us to get rid of that smell eventually. Now we are happy and can sleep on our mattress that even smells good after their deodorization service.

I was about to move out of my apartment and needed a carpet cleaner to do deep cleaning due to there being severe stains on my carpet (pet and dirt stains). Dan took the time to explain the process to me and everything he would be doing. He also followed up with me later that evening to see how the carpet was drying. They took their time and were patient with working on my carpet. There were some significant improvements at the end and I was satisfied with their work! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs their carpet deep cleaned.

We have not cleaned out couch & loveseat since 2008. They became quite dull and dirty. Found this company online and inquired them for upholstery cleaning service. They gave us really reasonable price. Moreover, they were very flexible with time scheduling. We decided to take a risk and go with them. It turned out to be a very professional upholstery cleaning company from the scheduling to cleaning results. I think we will be able to use our couch and loveseat for years after the cleaning. Everything looks almost like brand new. Thank you guys.

My cat peed on my mattress and made it smell so bad. I shopped around and found CouchCleaning.nyc. They quoted me with the best price for mattress deep cleaning and pet odor removal. They technicians came with a big commercial machine to clean my mattress. He was very friendly and professional. My mattress looks much lighter now. He removed even a couple of old stain that I had had before.The most important I got rid of pet odors and now I can sleep well.

We were in need for 3 seat couch and 2 seat loveseat. We have not cleaned them for 3 years and decided that it is time for the cleaning. We were a little bit concerned that this company is not present on yelp but their competitive price and quick and professional customer service convinced us to give a try. Mark their technician is not only knowledgeable but very professional and timely guy. He did a great job. I used this company services the second time. They are always available when needed. They are available on text 24/7 even for questions on touch ups and stains between cleanings. they cleaned my couch twice and my area rug and never disappointed me!

Vlad from Couch cleaning nyc is VERY CONSCIENTIOUS. He arrived promptly for our scheduled appointment after calling me 30 minutes in advance so I wouldn’t be caught indisposed.

When I asked about his thoughts regarding shoe covers I discovered he brought his own. He did not just gloss over my wall to wall carpets; he scrubbed them clean and made every effort to suck up as much water as possible helping those areas dry much faster.

On the carpeted stairs dirt can really collect in the corners where the vertical and flat spaces meet. On his own, he got down on his hands and knees to assure he really got that dirt out.

In the future I hope I can ask for him by name. As good as he is, I am certain advancement to a better and brighter future is not far behind him. Again, an A++ for Vlad

I recently concluded a house share and was at a loss to find a quality carpet cleaning service. It was a 3-bedroom house and there was a lot of dirt on the high-traffic areas and due to pets.
Fortunately, I found couch cleaning NYC. They’re highly rated and the prices were fair. They arrived promptly, and got the job done pretty fast considering how dirty the place was – especially the high traffic areas.
The technician was courteous and arrived ON TIME (thank you!). He did a good job explaining the solutions and machines they were using, and got down to business.
My landlord was satisfied with the results, and I was too. Would use again!

Dan is very friendly and gets the job done. Just give him a call and he will quickly give you an estimate! Most other places are $170 minimum but Dan has $119 minimum
I called him because of a nasty vomit situation on a carpet that was stained and dirty. I had to get it cleaned right away and Dan was able to help me in just 2 hours. He was the only one available at such a short notice and without a minimum fee.
For $119, he did a fantastic job at getting rid of the stain. I thought I would have to spend at least $170 to clean the mess, especially since I called him to make a same day appointment. But he did the best that he could do and even took care to clean the wall for me a little bit (: Thank you for your service!!

5 stars to Couch Cleaning NYC who came to my place today. We haven’t clean our carpet deeply like he did since we moved in 9 years ago, we had it steamed and rented once a machine at Safeway. Our carpet was a disaster, we have 2 young kids who just printed life in our carpet…
First, from the phone call, my impression was really excellent and professional, asking questions about my carpet, space size or any questions I had. I called back to take an appointment to my convenience and felt confidence Ofer could help me.
When he arrived, the contact was making me feel safe (as I am a woman) and he explained so many things that I learned a lot about my carpet. I knew before the start what will stayed and what will be gone. Nothing is hidden and good advice are given.
After the work… Wow, I couldn’t believe it! Why did we waited so long and even thought of changing the carpet… We just needed to have it cleaned by a competent person!
My place is clean, and you don’t smell any chemicals, I am so happy and my family too.

Needed to get my carpets cleaned in the last minute. Contacted Dan from Couch Cleaning NYC who had a technician available the next day. Vlad came out and was very polite.
I needed to get our 3 bedrooms cleaned a small hall. Carpet was quiet trashed and needed a good deep cleaning in order to look presentable for our future roommate. I am giving five stars for their friendly staff and their great workmanship.

EXCELLENT! From the time I called to inquire about pricing to the time the carpets & sofas were done I couldn’t have asked for more. My original appointment was on Saturday at 4:30. Kian called at 1:30 and asked if he could come early. I was just finishing up with vacuuming and picking stuff up and he showed up around 2:30. He did an excellent job, was really professional and friendly and was done by 4:30. The carpets looked great, the sofas looked great and there was no chemical smell at all. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

I feel like I’m piling on here, but fact is everything you read about Couch cleaning NYC is true. Dan spent a good 10 minutes with me on the phone answering questions and explaining his processes. On the day of the cleaning, Vlad, their tech showed up on time (early actually), surveyed our two rooms for cleaning, took measurements and provide his quote (which was exactly as he described it on the phone). He then went into detail about how he recommended performing the cleaning, the products he would use, how he would set up and how long it would take. He also took me though a few unique spots on our carpets and was honest in explaining his expected outcomes. He even took time to talk to my pregnant wife about the citrus smell of the cleaning agent to make sure she would not become nauseous. In the end, the carpets turned out great and we were very happy with the service. Vlad feels more like a friend that is helping you clean your carpets than a random service person you’ve never met who’s just going through the motions. With a kid on the way, I’m sure we will be seeing him again soon!

Simple and easy to work with, Dan was immediately attentive to my request on Yelp, and within 24 hours was on the job completing the requested work within 2 hours. What did I need? After purchasing a new home, and in a rush to have it ready by thanksgiving, I needed the carpet cleaned, vacuumed and bright back to life. The previous owners were smokers so the scent and residue were everywhere. After Dan carpet treatment the old carpet was reinvigorated and the place smelled like fresh lime. I could not have had a better experience with a carpet cleaning company. From the very first phone call I made to Dan, to the final text John sent us telling us that he not only cleaned our carpets, but pressure cleaned our balcony as well, I couldn’t be happier. They showed up 15 minutes early to our 1:30 PM appointment. After realizing that he forgot the specific tool to clean stairs, Duane assured us that although it would take longer, he would use the heavier equipment and make sure the stairs were clean. We had a significant deep water stain near our balcony which they completely erased. They were efficient, friendly, and extremely reasonably priced. I will recommend them to any of my friends needing their services.

I wish I could give this business the thorough review it deserves but the problem is I never actually was able to fully take advantage of its services. This guy was willing to come all the way to Rockaway Beach to clean a bed-frame on the 5 floor of the high-rise I used to live in.
However, I’m posting about the consultation I received from this business and was excellent. The guy talked to me for over a half an hour about the stain on the bedframe. I was able to to text him photographs so he could see it beforehand.
He was honest and patient with attempts to schedule time to do the work. I would hesitate using him in the future to clean my carpets or floors. I recommend Couch Cleaning NYC.

Frank did a phenomenal job! Our microfiber couch had some serious stains on it that I thought were there for good but he got them all out. Frank was professional, courteous, on time, and so patient. We had a sudden family emergency to tend to before our appointment and were stuck in traffic on the way back home, so we were running pretty late. And he was completely understanding of the situation. I would absolutely hire his services again and recommend him to my family & friends as well.

Dan is great. I had velvet fabric couches which apparently a lot of businesses scared to touch. I spoke to Dan in the morning of, sent him a picture and he was at my door within an hour or so. He tried to be very gentle and was very knowledgeable about the fabric.
Also, he has great prices!! No one I called could beat it. I was very happy with my experience and I will be calling him soon for my rug.

We experienced an unfortunate incident around Christmas involving a lot of diarrhea and vomit…we were petsitting our friend’s dog for about a week, when one night he got sick all over both bedroom carpets and our area rug.
I took to google to find a carpet cleaning company that had steam cleaning, and I am very happy that I decided to call couch cleaning nyc! On short notice, I asked if they could come on a specific day when we would be leaving town afterwards, and they happily accommodated us.
They sent out Sam, who was very efficient and friendly. He cleaned both bedrooms, our area rug, and our sofa base. The covers for the sofa cushions were taken to be dry cleaned and he brought them back within a week and even tasked himself with putting them back onto the cushions. He also gave us little shoe covers to use in case we needed to walk on the damp carpets.
I like to say you get what you pay for -couch cleaning nyc prices are reasonable and you’ll get a job well done, so I highly recommend! Our carpets are spotless and we’ve now enforced a no-shoes-on-the-carpets policy so we can enjoy the cleanliness for as long as possible!

After having our attic refinished into an office space we wanted everything to look new again. I called Couch Cleaning NYC out to clean our furniture and carpet. I have really bad allergies and dust makes them really bad. Angel came out and did such a fabulous job! Everything looks brand new! I just had Luth back for at least the third time in the last three years and once again I am thrilled with the results.

Couch Cleaning NYC is wonderful! Ofer rescued my sofa from a red marker stain that I attempted to clean myself–and made worse. He was straight forward and up front about the likelihood of removing it before he came to the house. He was very cautious to take care with the fabric and to be conservative with his methods. It appeared that the stain was removed, and when it dried it reappeared. He returned without charging me and was able to remove the stain. He is very knowledgable, takes a lot of pride in his work and does a fantastic job. I would recommend him to anyone for carpet and upholstery cleaning.

Why am I giving a man 5 stars who DIDN’T CLEAN our carpet? Because he spent 20 minutes explaining patiently (with diagrams) that our way too expensive “investment” carpet is woven wool, and the only way to clean it is to take it to his workshop and do it properly. We don’t have the $ for that now, but will save up for it, and call Dan when it is time.

This review is long overdue but if you are looking for someone to clean your carpet or upholstery, look no further! Jeremy is your guy! He is reliable, affordable, efficient, and all around nice guy!
Last year, one of the cats decided to throw up on my nice World Market area rug the week before the future in-laws were coming for Christmas. After doing a thorough search via Yelp and Nextdoor, I came across a great recommendation from one of my neighbors. I texted Jeremy and he was super responsive. Luckily, he had an opening the same week and was able to come before the in-laws arrive (WOOHOO!). He did an excellent job!
I am [finally] writing this review because I just scheduled another appointment with him. In addition to my rugs, I also have carpet in my home office as well as a linen sofa from Restoration Hardware (my one big adult furniture purchase). And thanks to Dan, I can have beige/white area rugs and couches (with cats that love to lounge on the rugs and a partner who loves to eat while sitting on the comfy couch). My family and friends think I am super clean. My secret is Dan! Thanks, Dan!

I went with Dan after getting a couple of quotes- he offered the best deal and I’m glad I had contacted him since everything looked great after. I was able to get an appointment within a week and he came right on time. He seems like a super nice guy and was very friendly to my dog as well which I always appreciate :)
I had the carpet, an area rug, and also a sofa cleaned. Everything looks spick and span. I was particularly happy about the sofa since the cleaning brought it back to life and it looks almost new! He was extremely meticulous getting every piece/side/corner of the sofa, flipped the cushions and everything, and got all our spillage stains out. I’ll definitely have him back next year!

Dan has been cleaning our couches for years. He is trustworthy, reliable and reasonable. He is conscientious and takes good care with delicate items and cares for your home (example: wears coverings on his shoes.)
He also uses a higher end cleaning system, which removes the dirty water and steams with clean water so you’re sure to get great results. I am always amazed and glad we have him visit.

These folks saved my life!!! I must admit, I’m an OCD-neat-freak who is anal retentive about my furniture. After my hubby and I got married, we decided to get all-white Z Gallerie furniture. (Looking back, we should have gotten the charcoal gray sectional we were humming and hawing about).
My best friend from college came to visit us and wore dark navy denim jeans. With a chill evening of dinner and a movie on the couch, little did we know that the dye from her jeans were creeping on to our sectional. Nightmare for me, opportunity for Couch Cleaning NYC
The next day, after coming home from work, I sat on the couch and in the afternoon light, realized that there was a blue tint all over the seat and side where she sat. As my tummy did somersaults, I did my research on google and found Couch Cleaning NYC in a state of panic/apprehension! (Now, I did read the reviews and compared them to other upholster cleaners in the area).
Mary from the shop asked me to email photos to Dan Stewart, the owner, to determine if it could be saved. Sure enough, Dan made an appointment with me that same evening. I was amazed at how fast he could see me. Especially because time was a-ticking! Who knows how long that denim dye had set in!
Dan and James came over to our house that evening and not only cleaned that part of the seat where she sat on and created that stain, but they also cleaned the whole shabang of the sectional! It was quick (30 min or so) but very thorough. After everything was said and done, it looked brand new.
Not only did Dan and James worked a near miracle on my sectional, but they did it fairly quickly and didn’t miss a beat.
We have a few Persian rugs that we would like to have them clean and I’m excited to see these rugs in their original condition again.

Dan was fast, friendly and professional. I needed my couch and arm chair cleaned and he did an amazing job with it.
Having a dog and a toddler definitely took a toll on our furniture and we were already contemplating of buying a new couch.

These folks are the model of excellent customer service. They are responsive, accommodating, prompt, friendly and good at what they do. We have used Couch cleaning nyc to clean our couch and a rug in our house, and to (more deeply) clean a rug in their facility. They always come quickly and on time, handle the moving of the furniture and rolling and carrying of the rug, and everything is always nice and clean.
They also went out of their way to help us figure out why our rug was shedding major amounts of dust, and offered to come get it, re-glue it (for only the cost of the glue), and return it to us in order to solve that dust problem. Because they were a little bit late (due to being out of the country on vacation) in getting back to us about an honest billing error on the in-plant rug cleaning, they ended up reglueing the rug for free. Just another example of how these folks go above and beyond for their customers.
I’ll never use another carpet cleaning service again.

Dan came on time and made my microfiber couch look like I just bought it that day. He successfully removed a small latex paint spot and purple Sharpie stain. As an added bonus, my couch is now recovered from a doggie accident that had happened the week prior.
Not all cleanings go smoothly, and as luck would have it, he accidentally knocked over my floor lamp, breaking the shade. Before he left, he took $30 off my bill for my trouble and ordered me a new shade from the company where it was purchased. Wonderful service overall. I will definitely use their services again.

Dan and Duane are professional and very thorough. Duane did a great job cleaning the carpets, area rugs, and couches at my house last year. John got the toughest stains out of the waiting room chairs at my business this year. Everything was seamless about booking with Couch Cleaning NYC. Couch Cleaning NYC did a great job with our couch. We were away for the summer and there was a build up of moisture in our apartment. I got my sofa and chair cleaned with Couch cleaning NYC. These guys turned our to be the most affordable for me since I had had a tiny budget. What is more they do not work as most typical upholstery cleaning companies do. They offer you a super cheap price to get to your apartment and then all of sudden start changing it on site saying you need a deep cleaning instead of a standard steam cleaning. You need stain removal etc. i ended up in such situation and just let them go. When I contacted Dan, he promised me that I would not end up in such situation one more time and he kept his word. Technician arrived on time and got on my couch cleaning right away without any gimmicks. It took around 1 hr for him to finish the job. My couch looks like brand new now and I have no complaints. They work fair with no tricks. I highly recommend Dan and his team

Fast, friendly, efficient, and great priced cleaner!! I requested a quote Saturday night through website chat for my memory foam mattress, which had been soiled by my dog, to be cleaned. It smelled horrible and I knew this would be a tough job. Dan replied less than an hour later quoting $119, also noting that he has the specific equipment to properly clean memory foam mattresses. We set up a time for him to come out on Monday (today) to clean it.
Him and his partner were very knowledgeable and used organic cleaning solutions. They shampooed, steam cleaned, and deodorized my mattress as well as my area rug. It took about an hour, but it no longer smells and the stains are gone! I’m extremely pleased and would highly recommend!

There is something about people who KNOW what they’re doing, love doing it, and serve it up with humility about them. It’s one thing to clean your carpet at an awesome price, but Dan also educates you on how to care for your carpet long term. He even removed a red wax stain embedded in my frieze carpet in one spot and gum in another. I thought that was hopeless but he fixed it. My carpet is soft and fluffy. We were looking for a good couch cleaning services. I decided to shop around. I was quoted by a couple of companies. CouchCleaning.NYC was a really reasonable in pricing in comparison to others. We were hesitating because there was a big difference in price (nearest price was $150 more). We still decided to go with this company. They cleaned my rug in kids’ room. When I was ordering their rug services I was kind of hesitating since the name of their company is CouchCleaning.NYC. I was kind of skeptical if they can really do a good job but they pricing was really reasonable and fair. So I decided to try their rug cleaning service. You know what?
